Here is a list of some of the things we've implemented based on your feedback.

• White rice is now available for self-service at all lunches and dinners
• Poke is now served in the café at least 1x a month
• Poke is now sold in the Eagles Next at least 1x a month
• Meal Exchange is now  available in Heritage Monday through Thursday Lunch
• Meal Exchange is now available in Eagles Nest Monday through Thursday at lunch
• Protein portions have been increased at all served stations
• The amount of meat has doubled at the served stir-fry menu options
• We have trained staff that larger portions will be made available upon request
• Seasonal berries and grapes have been added to the fruit salad
• Lactose-free milk has been added to the alternative dairy area
• We are rotating your favorite ice cream flavors and toppings
• Barbecue sauce is now available at the salad bar
• Gluten-free tortillas are now available in the “made-without-gluten-containing-ingredients” zone
• Crudite station is now offered daily at lunch and dinner
• We have increased the number of vegetarian and vegan options
• Raw onions are now a choice – and have been added as a DIY topping when not necessary to entrée
• Olive oil is available upon request for omelets
• We’ve been rotating in your favorite cakes like red velvet and tres leches
• Waffle machine time has been extended to 10:45 a.m.
• Grilled diced chicken is now available as an added source of protein at the salad bar. Every. Single. Day.
• Pasta is also available at the salad bar daily
• You can now choose up to 8 items for your custom omelet
• Muffins added daily at grain gallery for breakfast
• Jello added at Grain Gallery for lunch and dinner
• Custom burger bar added as daily offering at 6th street grill
• We love basil too – and it is now available for a salad bar seasoning
• You’ll see more chocolate chip oatmeal and peanut butter cookies!
• We’re working on training our staff and you should see that reflected in improved consistency and accuracy of menu and station signage
• As well as checks and balances on labeling of allergens
• Weekend offerings have increased
• Increased options available at the 6th St. grill
